The Police Campaign Against Cultism and other vices (POCACOV) of the Nigeria Police Force (NPF) community policing initiative and public relations tool working with different stakeholders and multi Agencies and galvanizing their support and partnership as well as enhancing participation towards problem-solving for the greater society, has Congratulated her stakeholder Coach ISSA Ladan Bosso over his retention by the Nigeria Football Federation (NFF) as the Head Coach of National Under 20 male Team.
According to the National Coordinator POCACOV, CSP Ebere Amaraizu, Ladan Bosso as a Pocacov stakeholder and Coach had at various times as Coach mentoring and reoriented young minds, stood against vices like age cheats, substance and drug abuse, and other social vices prevalent amongst young minds as well as inculcating in them those good virtues that will present them as future champions.
He however commended the Nigeria Football Federation (NFF) Technical Department for the decision to further retain Coach Ladan Bosso.
According to Amaraizu who is also a coach and sports administrator, our young minds/players need strategic leadership direction and exposure to Olympic sports Education for Olympic values of Excellence, Respect, and Friendship and cutting across the spirit of sportsmanship for a better society and Coach Ladan Bosso the president of the Nigeria Football Coaches Association has the discipline to impact on them.
POCACOV in a statement said “we are involved in societal reforms as a kick-start solution for greater society using forum-based, committee-based, and activities-based approaches cutting across the use of sports.
