Polaris Bank Marks International Women’s Day 2026, Reaffirms Commitment To Women’s Empowerment

Polaris Bank has joined the global community in celebrating the 2026 International Women’s Day, reaffirming its dedication to advancing gender equality, empowering women, and supporting initiatives that promote inclusive growth across society.

Observed annually on March 8, International Women’s Day provides a platform to recognize the achievements and contributions of women across different sectors, while also drawing attention to the need for accelerated efforts toward achieving gender equality. For Polaris Bank, the occasion underscores the critical role women play in driving economic growth, innovation, and community development.

Speaking to commemorate the day, the Managing Director/Chief Executive Officer of Polaris Bank, Kayode Lawal, reiterated the bank’s commitment to creating an enabling environment where women can thrive both professionally and financially.

According to him, Polaris Bank remains focused on building a culture that promotes inclusion, opportunity, and empowerment for women.
