‘RENT TO OWN’ Scheme: Sanwo-Olu Reaffirms Commitment to Turn Tenants into Landlords in Lagos


The Lagos State Mortgage Board has reaffirm Lagosians on commitment to the mandate of Lagos State Governor, Mr Babajide Olusola Sanwo-Olu in his quest to reduce the Housing Deficit in Lagos State through a transparent process of the Rent-To-Own programme.

Housing is vital to making Lagos a 21st Century Economy and achieving this feat is through direct funding by the State and joint ventures. Below is the status of our designated housing schemes:
