The group will continue to celebrate Customers Service Week (CSW) via email messages and in all its social media platforms from today Monday October 7, 2024 and throughout the week.
Customer Service Week is an international celebration of the importance of customer service and of the people who serve and support customers on a daily basis. BUA Group is celebrating Customers Service Week (CSW) with decorations, gifts, rewards, activities, ideas and inspiration, and so much more.
The International Customer Service Week is usually celebrated in the first full week of October and this year’s theme was “Above and Beyond” with various activities held across BUA Group and its subsidiaries to commemorate the week.
