FirstBank Extends Eid-el-Fitr Greetings, Urges Customers To Update Records, Stay Alert To Fraud

As Muslims around the world celebrate the joyous occasion of Eid-el-Fitr, FirstBank of Nigeria has extended warm wishes of peace, blessings and happiness to its customers and stakeholders.
In its goodwill message, the bank prayed that the sacred festival brings renewed hope, tranquility and abundant joy to homes and communities. The institution also expressed hope that Allah accepts the fasting, prayers and acts of devotion observed during the holy month of Ramadan.
Reaffirming its commitment to customer service excellence, FirstBank encouraged customers to keep their account records updated by visiting any of its branches nationwide.
The bank further advised customers to remain vigilant against fraud, stressing that sensitive banking details such as online banking passwords, token responses, card numbers and ATM PINs must never be disclosed to anyone. It reiterated that the bank will never request such confidential information.
Customers were urged to promptly report suspicious calls or activities through the bank’s official helplines and email channels.
FirstBank also restated its dedication to delivering secure, innovative and customer-focused financial services, in line with its long-standing “You First” philosophy.
