Notice of Nigerian Gas Association 25th Annual General Meeting 2024
The Nigerian Gas Association Limited (NGA) Nigeria’s largest gas-focused umbrella association and the most notable advocacy platform for gas industry has announced its 25th Annual General Meeting (AGM) 2024 on Thursday 19th December, 2024 at 12:00 noon West African Time (WAT).
The 25th Annual General Meeting (AGM) will be held virtually and physically (hybrid) at Radisson Blu Anchorage Hotel, 1A Ozumba Mbadiwe Avenue, Victoria Island, Lagos State.
As a chartered member of the International Gas Union (IGU), the NGA will hosts its stakeholders to lay before the Members, the Report of the Executive Council, the Audited Financial Statements for the year ended 31 December, 2023 together with the Executive Council and Auditors’ Reports.
The meeting will approve the appointment of Averti Professional Managers as Auditors of the Association for the for the new financial year and also authorize the Executive Council to fix the remuneration of the Auditors.
Above all, NGA will elect new members into the following NGA 2025 – 2027 Executive Council positions:
- 2nd Vice President
- Secretary General
- Deputy Secretary General
- Legal Adviser
- Financial Secretary
- Publicity Secretary
