Nigeria LNG Limited (NLNG) has explained the sustainable growth of future energy that prompted the new brand identity, that the new logo represents the company’s core value of excellence.
The gas company’s rebranding marks a new era of visual evolution and future energy that initiate supply of more energy to Nigerians and its customers across the globe.
The new brand identity, which was described as purely simplistic with green, lemon and oceanic blue explains the company simplistic approach to business, not clustered, efficiency, global reach and leadership and an unflinching commitment to clean energy.
NLNG announced the appointment of Dr. Sophia Horsfall as the new General Manager, External Relations, Horsfall whose appointment takes effect from Friday, November 1, 2024 from outgoing General Manager, Andy Odeh, who retires same day, having served the company meritoriously for over 26 years.

Briefing newsmen in Lagos on recent developments in the company, the outgoing General Manager, External Relations, Andy Odeh, noted that the company is in the mood of celebration of its 35 years of incorporation and 25 years of operation, which also saw the emergence of a new brand identity, which speaks to commitment to sustainable energy.

Odeh noted that the new logo was an attestation of the company’s vision towards embracing innovations for enhanced sustainability. NLNG wants to be known as not just a gas company, but an energy company promoting a greener environment and a sustainable future.

“The emergence of the new logo was a result of painstaking efforts and communications both internally and externally and the process of selection went through four different layers of tests.

“Going forward, though we are also into agriculture, we wish to be seen purely as an energy company and through transformation, we are looking at other options in the business, especially in terms of our global market leadership, digitisation, and an agile company committed to low emission”, Odeh stated.

He enjoined the media partners to extend the same support and cooperation given to him over 26 years in the organisation to his successor, noting that such support and cooperation have been largely responsible for the modest achievements recorded over the year.
