By Rashidat Olushola Okunlade
The Nakowa Political Movement (NPM), led by Ayinde Sarafa Nakowa, has commended Moshood Gobir for launching the “Eyes Open Support Programme,” a grassroots-driven initiative targeting residents of Ilorin South and Ilorin East Local Government Areas.
Speaking in his capacity as the Kwara State Coordinator for Go4Tinubu 2027, Hon. Nakowa described the initiative as a laudable intervention that demonstrates a strong commitment to community engagement, political inclusion, and grassroots empowerment.
He noted that the programme aligns with the people-focused vision and developmental agenda of the Kwara State Government under Governor AbdulRahman AbdulRazaq, as well as the Renewed Hope Agenda championed by President Bola Ahmed Tinubu.
Hon. Nakowa further praised Hon. Gobir and his team for organizing a well-coordinated and impactful initiative, urging other political leaders to emulate such citizen-centered programmes that promote sustainable development, strengthen local political structures, and foster inclusiveness at the grassroots level.
