
BUA Group Showcases Food Manufacturing Strength at 62nd Paris International Agricultural Show

BUA Group has reinforced its global footprint with a strong presence at the 62nd edition of the Paris International Agricultural Show, where it is participating as a premium sponsor while supporting the Nigeria Pavilion at one of the world’s foremost agricultural exhibitions.
The event convenes global stakeholders across agriculture, agro-processing, finance, technology, and policy, serving as a strategic platform for collaboration, innovation, and partnerships shaping the future of global food systems.
BUA Group noted that its participation underscores a long-term commitment to strengthening the entire food production value chain. Its subsidiary, BUA Foods, continues to expand its footprint across key staple products including flour, pasta, spaghetti, sugar, and rice.

At the event, the Managing Director of BUA Foods, Engr. Abioye Ayodele, represented the Executive Chairman of BUA Group, Abdul Samad Rabiu, alongside other stakeholders at the Nigeria Pavilion, where the company is showcasing its large-scale processing capacity and range of consumer products.
Speaking on the significance of the participation, Rabiu stated that Africa must play a more active role in shaping global food systems, stressing that investments in local production are critical to achieving food security, industrial growth, and economic resilience.
He added that platforms like the Paris show create opportunities to build partnerships that enhance Nigeria’s competitiveness and expand its global reach.
Ayodele also highlighted BUA Foods’ operational scale and product quality, noting that the exhibition provides an opportunity to demonstrate that Nigerian manufacturing can meet international standards while efficiently serving both domestic and regional markets.
The exhibition, taking place at Porte de Versailles from February 21 to March 1, 2026, offers BUA Foods a platform to deepen trade relationships, strengthen institutional partnerships, and reinforce Nigeria’s presence in the global agricultural ecosystem.
