Glo Unveils Samsung Galaxy S26 in Nigeria, Rolls Out Exclusive Pre-Order Data Offer

Telecommunications giant Globacom has partnered with global technology leader Samsung to introduce the highly anticipated Galaxy S26 series to the Nigerian market, offering subscribers exclusive pre-order benefits.

The announcement was made at a launch event held at Globacom’s headquarters in Victoria Island, Lagos, where both companies unveiled early access opportunities for Glo customers.

Under the offer, subscribers who pre-order the Samsung Galaxy S26 at any Gloworld outlet nationwide will receive 18GB of bonus data on the Glo Smartphone Festival Data Plan, distributed as 3GB monthly over six months. Each device purchase also includes a Platinum Number eSIM and up to 10GB of additional monthly data.

The Galaxy S26 is designed to deliver premium performance, combining sleek aesthetics with a high-resolution immersive display. The device also features enhanced camera technology, extended battery life, improved privacy protection, and AI-powered tools aimed at enhancing user experience and everyday productivity.

The launch event attracted high-value customers, industry stakeholders, and members of the media, underscoring the strategic importance of the collaboration between both brands.

Speaking at the unveiling, Samsung’s Product Manager, Mr. Solomon Osibeluwo, noted that Globacom is the first partner to host a masterclass session for the Galaxy S26 series. He attributed this milestone to the strong partnership between both organisations and reaffirmed Samsung’s commitment to continued collaboration.

Also speaking, Head of Gloworld, Mohamed Rabie, emphasised that the partnership is focused on delivering tangible value to customers. He stated that Globacom is proud to be the first partner to offer both masterclass sessions and pre-order benefits for the newly launched device in Nigeria.

Rabie encouraged Nigerians to visit Gloworld outlets nationwide to experience the Galaxy S26 firsthand and take advantage of the exclusive launch offer, describing the initiative as a product of innovation and strategic collaboration.
