
NCC Boss Maida Pays Courtesy Visit To Head Of Civil Service Walson-Jack In Abuja

The Executive Vice Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of the Nigerian Communications Commission (NCC), Dr. Aminu Maida, on March 25, 2026, paid a courtesy visit to the Head of the Civil Service of the Federation, Mrs. Didi Esther Walson-Jack, in Abuja.
The visit, which took place at the Office of the Head of the Civil Service of the Federation, underscored ongoing efforts to strengthen institutional collaboration between the communications regulatory body and the federal civil service.
During the meeting, both officials are understood to have discussed areas of mutual interest, particularly in enhancing public sector efficiency through digital transformation, capacity building, and improved service delivery across government institutions.
The engagement also reflects the NCC’s commitment to supporting government-wide reforms and leveraging technology to drive innovation within the civil service.
The courtesy visit further highlights the importance of inter-agency cooperation in advancing Nigeria’s digital economy agenda and improving governance outcomes.
Dr. Maida was received by Mrs. Walson-Jack, who reaffirmed the critical role of strategic partnerships in modernising the public service and ensuring it remains responsive to the needs of citizens.
